User Agreement
This Agreement defines the terms of use for materials and services on the website of the public organization “International Association ‘Intus’” (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
1. General Terms
1.1. The use of materials and services on the Website is governed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
1.2. This Agreement constitutes a public offer. By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.
1.3. The Website Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes will take effect three (3) days after the publication of the updated Agreement on the Website. If the User disagrees with the changes, they must discontinue accessing the Website and using its materials and services.
2. User Obligations
2.1. The User agrees not to engage in actions that may violate Ukrainian law or international legal norms, including those related to intellectual property, copyright, and/or related rights, as well as any actions that disrupt or could disrupt the normal functioning of the Website and its services.
2.2. The use of materials from the Website without the consent of the rights holders is prohibited. Proper use of the Website’s materials requires entering into licensing agreements (obtaining licenses) from the Rights Holders.
2.3. When quoting materials from the Website, including copyrighted works, a reference to the Website is mandatory.
2.4. Comments and other User entries on the Website must comply with Ukrainian legislation and generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.
2.5. The User is informed that the Website Administration is not responsible for the User visiting or using external resources linked on the Website.
2.6. The User agrees that the Website Administration is not responsible and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User concerning any potential or actual losses or damages related to the content of the Website, copyright registration, or information regarding such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external websites or resources, or any other User interactions arising from information posted on the Website or links to external resources.
2.7. The User accepts that all materials and services on the Website, or any part thereof, may be accompanied by advertisements. The User agrees that the Website Administration bears no responsibility or obligations regarding such advertisements.
3. Other Conditions
3.1. All disputes arising from or related to this Agreement are subject to resolution under the current legislation of Ukraine.
3.2. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing agency relationships, partnerships, joint ventures, employment relationships, or any other relationships not explicitly provided for in the Agreement between the User and the Website Administration.
3.3. If a court declares any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, this does not render other provisions of the Agreement invalid or unenforceable.
3.4. Inaction on the part of the Website Administration in response to violations of this Agreement by Users does not deprive the Website Administration of the right to take appropriate measures later to protect its interests and enforce copyright protections for materials on the Website, as provided by law.
The User confirms that they have read and unconditionally accept all the terms of this Agreement.
